Good experience of Liasioning with Government Departments like Labour, Factory Office, Pollution control board, PF & ESI Office, Police Department & Local councils for licenses, renewals etc
Liasioning withLabour Contractors and oversee the contracts and their renewals.
Experience & knowledge of documentation for ISO certification, TS Audits
Preparation of various reports for the management as required on daily/ weekly/ monthly & yearly basis
Ensure all Admin and HR Policies and procedures including compliances are up to date
To ensure proper maintenance of statutory requirements
Maintenance and supervision of statuary records/ registers/ returns under Factory Acts, PF Acts, ESI Acts, Labour Acts, Bonus Acts and other applicable State Govt. Acts.
Good knowledge of Labour Laws
Conducting investigation in employee grievance/ disciplinary cases and take necessary disciplinary action.
Good communication & interpersonal (people) skills.
Should be well versed with MS-Office, especially MS-Excel.
