• Must have experience of working as a Team Leader in international voice process for a year.
• Should have Excellent Communication skills.
• Should know Basic Technical terms like Attrition, Shrinkage, SLA, Occupancy, Utilization.
• Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts.
• Should be an Immediate Joiner & FEMALE.
• Conduct regular audit of all team members and providing constructive feedback.
• Implement & monitor Agent Performance Improvement Plan (APIP) for bottom quartile / agents below average performance .
• Good experience in operations and customer service manage the KPI's of the process.
• Meet the Team – Shrinkage and Attrition.
• Meet the Team login hours, AHT and Quality.
• People Management
