• Should have experience of leading a BPO Team.
• Should have handled BPO Process.
• Should be comfortable with Rotational Offs and Rotational Shifts.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Conduct regular audit of all team members and providing constructive feedback.
• Implement & monitor Agent Performance Improvement Plan (APIP) for bottom quartile / agents below average performance .
• Good experience in operations and customer service manage the KPI's of the process.
• Meet the Team – Shrinkage and Attrition.
• Meet the Team login hours, AHT and Quality.
• People Management.•Meet the daily service level and Answering level.
• Achieving all targets of the process.
