Role: Consultant- Business Solutions(Channel)
• Researching and identifying Tier-2 partners, profiling and classification based on territory, verticals, industries, sales potential, domain-knowledge and other relevant categories.
• Understanding the requirements of the Channel and proposing joint marketing efforts leading to consistent attainment of targets.
• Creating detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and targets of Channel business in the branch
• Reaching out to new partners, making pitches outlining the benefits of Digital Transformation and appointing New Tier-2 Channel Partners so as to achieve the Secondary Sales Target of the Branch
• Explaining business model to every potential partner, giving them partnership related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads.
• Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a profitable deal by working along with Channel partners. Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts along with Channel partners.
• Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing channel partners and Tier-1 partners (Distributors).
• Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to increase customer satisfaction and avoid refunds.
• Being productive in sales efforts through adequate pipeline of Tier-2 partners whose aggregated potential is 3X-5X of the Channel targets for the branch.
• Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence. Accurately maintaining record of all sales interactions in CRM
• Adhering to operational requirements like accuracy in filling Sales Closure Form (SCF), gathering complete Know Your Customer (KYC) information, etc.
