Shift Timings: NA / Canada support – Primarily night shifts

Should have certification on computer n/w or Windows Operating System.
Primary Skillset: Must have a sound knowledge on Active Directory (DNS , DHCP, Routing)
1. Reliability: Delivery or Notification failure in real time computing i.e. to make sure that in real time the systems do not fail.
Skillsets / Technology reqd: Basic PowerShell , OS Performance Monitoring, Citrix and RDS
2. High Availability: It is a characteristic of the a system which aims to ensure an agreed level of Operational performance. In simple terms; system should not have any downtime.
Skillsets / Technology: Hyper V (MS), V Sphere (VM ware), Veritas Cluster (Veritas). L2 troubleshooting on the listed technologies
3. Device and Deployment: Patching (Upgrading) of new deployment / devices.
Skillsets / Technology: Patching Exp, Bit Locker, MDT(MS deployment Tool kit), needs to have exp in OS deployment, should be aware of Dora process
