• Acquisition & key account management: Acquisition of additional business verticals from existing accounts. Acquisition of affinity accounts. Acquisition of accounts building rural portfolio. Key account management of all accounts within his geography. Driving business from allotted relationships in his geography through BSMs. Ensuing business from non PSU Bank relationships in his geography as individual contributor.
• Relationship Building with Key Personnel: Building up relationship with the counterparts at the partner’s end. Providing them insights of various related topics including industry developments, regulatory changes and overall market information. Being updated with such developments on regular basis. Identifying any loop holes in the relationship at nascent stage.
• Conversion of Accounts: Look for opportunities in the affinity groups in his geography and acquire them. Share about service standards maintained by Kotak Life including claim settlement(s).
• Managing front line sales team: Goal setting and activity management of the team to achieve desired results. Development of each team member based on his specific needs inspire each member of the team to maximize inputs.
