1. Corporate Client Servicing role. B2B model.
2.Candidate will be managing existing clients of Financial Institution Group who are mainly NBFCs, HFCs, MFI, SFB’s, Co-op Banks etc.
3.Candidate will not be handling any end customers.
4.Completely managing vendors who are empaneled with KLI. Making sure the invoices are prepared correctly and co coordinating with accounts team for payments.
5.Building up strong relationship with the middle & senior management of clients by meeting them personally and frequently.
6. Addressing & solving their queries in a productive manner by coordinating with Operations, Claims team and other departments Mumbai.
